How to Publish a Book for FREE!

Have you ever wanted to publish a book? This mini course will lead you through the basics of designing and uploading a book using Canva and Amazon KDP.

Canva is a web-based design tool that you can use for FREE. There is a paid version that you can utilize a free trial for, but it's not necessary for this workshop.

Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP) allows you to upload a book and cover via PDF files and publish at no cost to you. While you can publish Kindle books with the service, it can also be utilized for printed books.

With this workshop, you will receive templates for publishing an 8.5 x 11" (US Letter) sized notebook. One template is lined paper and one is for the cover. A notebook is a great place to start, because you can easily gain the experience without a lot of design and overthinking.
